Description
Fernhill was built c.1850 for an ex-patriate Indian Army Colonel, and has been a hotel for the past 40 years. Over the years many owners have developed and renovated this beautiful building to be the haven of relaxation and tranquillity it is today. With 36 acres of land including woodland and fishing ponds to enjoy it is the perfect destination to get away from the day-to-day bustle of modern living, spend time with loved ones, and find yourself again.
At Fernhill we aim to give every visitor the feeling of being well looked-after, in relaxing surroundings, with all the amenities to enjoy a complete rest from the stresses and strains of modern living. We do this through providing delicious locally-sourced and home-cooked food, the use of our swimming pool, mini golf and country walks, and with holistic therapies provided in The Cabin.
